JUJU is a small label with a short catalogue. We make one good version of a thing rather than four variations of it, and we would rather put nothing out in a season than put out a piece we cannot defend on the hanger.
Noise is cheap. A print, a guest logo, a colourway named after a city — all of it is easier than getting a shoulder seam to sit right. We spend the effort where it does not show in a photograph: weight, drape, the way a hood holds its shape after a winter of being pulled up.
Quality here is unglamorous. Ribbing that recovers. Twin-needle hems. Seam allowance you could let out. Compact-spun jersey that softens instead of thinning, and hardware that dulls rather than flakes. We prototype a piece until it stops irritating us, and only then do we make it.
We cut in small runs and we do not restock. Each drop is made to a number we can stand behind, then closed. Today the catalogue holds seven pieces. When a run is finished it is finished — no second printing, no quiet re-release, no end-of-line discount to clear the rest.
All of it is built to be worn hard. Nothing in the range is meant to be kept for good: the dye holds, the fleece keeps its loft, and the parts that do age are the parts that should. A piece of ours that looks used has done exactly what it was made for.

Material
Heavyweight cotton, coated nylon and matte hardware, chosen by weight and by hand rather than off a cost sheet.
Make
Cut and sewn close to the studio, in workshops we visit, at a pace that lets us reject a run instead of shipping it.
Restraint
Small numbers, no restocks, nothing added to a garment to make it look interesting — we would rather be sold out than everywhere.

Standard shipping is free on orders of Rs. 2,000 and over. Below that a flat Rs. 120 is added, shown in your bag before you pay.
Orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched the same working day. Standard delivery arrives in 2–4 working days.
You will receive a tracking reference by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. The full shipping policy has the detail.
You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We cover the return postage when the return is the result of our error — the wrong item, a fault, or damage in transit.
Expect your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return carrier. This window covers transit time back to us (5–10 working days), processing once received (3–5 working days), and your bank posting the refund (5–10 working days). Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI to an account you name.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we dispatch the parcel and send you a tracking reference. If a piece sells out between your order and our confirmation, we cancel and refund in full.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in rupees and include GST where it applies. Online payments are taken when you order, and card or UPI details are handled by our payment provider, never by us. Cash on Delivery is paid to the courier when your parcel arrives.

Returns
30 days from delivery, unworn and with tags attached. We cover return postage when the fault is ours. Refunds go back to the original payment method, or by bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders.
Colour and description
We photograph in daylight and retouch as little as we can. Screens vary, so a colour on your display is a guide, not a match.

We start with the cloth. Heavyweight loopback cotton, cotton ripstop, coated nylon — materials that take a beating and look better for it. Weight is deliberate; a garment that hangs properly does half the work.
Runs are small and we do not restock. Three drops a year, cut to the number we can stand behind. When a piece is gone it is gone, and the next one is already on the table.
Everything is made to be worn out, not kept for good. Wear it hard. That is the point.
