Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses within India. A phone number is required at checkout so the courier can reach you.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free on orders of ₹2,000 and over. Below that a flat ₹120 is added. The charge is shown in your bag and again at checkout before you pay; nothing is added after that.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next working day. Standard delivery then takes 2–4 working days. Remote pin codes can take longer, and the courier's estimate is shown on your tracking page.

These times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and public holidays are outside our control, but tell us and we will chase the courier on your behalf.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking reference by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is offered at checkout, you pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. We may confirm a Cash on Delivery order by phone before dispatch.

Parcels that do not arrive

If a parcel has not arrived ten working days after dispatch, contact us with your JU- reference and we will open a claim with the courier and either replace the order or refund it.

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could take delivery, we will contact you to arrange a resend; the second shipment is charged at cost.

Damage in transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging, photograph it and write to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund the affected pieces under our refund policy.
